The New York Piano Society is proud to announce its 10th Anniversary Holiday Concert. A festive program to commemorate 10 years of artistic success. Works by Beethoven, Chopin, Liszt, Rachmaninoff and more performed by NYPS concert pianists, who are professionals in fields other than music. The members form a unique potpourri of influential leaders in the community who work as medical doctors, scientists, engineers, CEOs, and police officers.

Special Guest Artist: Carol Wincencflute with NYPS Performer in Residence, Len Horovitz, piano. Grammy-nominated flutist Carol Wincenc was the recipient of the 2011 Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Flute Association, and received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Society of Arts and Letters in 2014. She has been praised by many, including the NY Times, as an impeccable flute soloist.

Also featuring NYPS Young Guest Artist, Hana Mundiya, violin with Anne Richardson, cello. Hana Mundiya made her concerto debut with the New York Philharmonic at age 13 at Avery Fisher Hall as a part of the orchestra’s Young People’s Concerts.
